1. Liquidity and Sentiment Combination:
– The indicator combines two types of profiles:
– Liquidity Profile (displayed on the right side of the chart): shows the distribution of trading activity (volume) at different price levels.
– Sentiment Profile (displayed on the left side of the chart): reflects the dominant market sentiment (bullish or bearish) at these same levels.
– Liquidity is defined as the availability of orders at certain price levels, which ensures smooth transactions.
